摘    要:运用10B径迹蚀刻,X射线能谱测试技术、化学和生物学分析方法研究了硼对棉花叶柄的影响。结果表明:缺硼棉花叶柄中无机元素的运输、分布状况及元素间的平衡关系发生改变;6磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、过氧化物酶活性提高;总酚,脱落酸、乙烯大量增加;生长素大量减少;导致叶柄组织功能衰退,物质运输受到严重影响。

Abstract:Some results from determining the content of B, Ca, S, CI, K, Phenol, IAA, ABA, ethylene and the activities of glacose -6-phosphate dehydrogenase and peroxidase of both deficient ard normal cotton petiole with 10B tracd etching, X-ray spetrum, chemical and biochemical analysis showed that, in boron deficient cotton petiole, the transportation of boron was blocked, the distribution of Ca, S, Cl and K in sieve tubes, vessels as well as pith cells was changed and the balance state among these elements was destroyed. The content of phenol, ABA, ethylene and the activites of psroxidase and glucose-6-phosphate dahydrogenase were significantly increased but IAA content was significantly decreased.
