| 摘 要： | 柑桔微芽嫁接组织培养试管苗采用微量黄龙病病原DNA提取法,获得的DNA用作PCR检测的模板,可快速检测柑桔黄龙病病毒.为工厂化生产无病毒苗的选育及病害防治提供早期诊断依据.
