青年母鸡软脚病X线早期诊断的研究

本文对某养禽场青年母鸡的软脚病进行了研究。通过饲料分析、血清生化项目测定、骨 X 线检测及治疗试验,认为该场病鸡的发病原因,主要是饲料中钙不足,钙磷比例过窄。用 X 线密度测定法测定骨内矿物质含量,是早期诊断青年母鸡软脚病的主要方法,本文提出跖骨吸收测量位高于0.90cm 是京白鸡软脚病的指征。研究结果提示碱性磷酸酶活性与血浆中磷的含量呈负相关。

Study on Early X-Ray Diabmosis of Weak Foot Disease in Young Hens

A weak foot diseasc (foot ostcomalacia) of young hens in a henncry was stu-died in the present paper.The calcium deficiency in chicken feed and the lower level of cal-cium-phosphorus ratio in the blood were regarded as the main causative factors of the dis-ease by analysis of the chicken feed,laboratory and X-ray cxaminations and therapcutictest.Determination of mineral contents,in the bones by X-ray densitometry was a mainmethod for early diagnosis of weak foot disease.When the absorbed length of the fourthand fifth metatarsals was more than 0.9 centimeter,it was regarded as the indication ofweak foot descase in hens.The research findings also suggest that there is a nagative corre-lation between the activity of alkaline phosphatasc and the level of phosphorus inthe plasma of hens.
