| 摘 要： | 将常规育种选择方法和分子标记技术相结合,对用于回交转育棉花胞质雄性不育系的33个早熟陆地棉品系进行筛选.用9个主要性状观察值和260对SSR引物扩增结果均可将33个品系聚为2大类4亚类,这些亚类之间的表型特征差异较明显.从基于分子标记结果划分出的A1、A2、B1、B2亚类中挑选出关键性状综合表现较好的优良品系,并参照主...
