| 摘 要： | 可持续发展指标体系是一个多层次、多系统的综合体系。研究可持续发展指标具有重大的理论意义与实际的指导价值。模糊优选 BP神经网络模型能较好地求解这种多层次、多系统的复杂结构 ,通过决策、反馈、再决策、再反馈的复杂过程 ,通过对话式的决策信息输入与反馈 ,最终达到优选的目的。

| Abstract: | Index system of assessing sustainable development is a multi-level and multi-subsystem complex system. Researches on index system of assessing sustainable development are of great significance in theory and practice. Fuzzy optimal BP neural network model is a useful tool to solve the complex problem. The system optimization can be reached with the complex procedure of decision - feedback - re-decision - re-feedback, and with inputting and outputting decision information by means of dialogue in fuzzy optimal BP neural network model. |
