集装箱底板中防腐剂检测技术——气相色谱-质谱法测定含氯苯酚防腐剂的含量

本文建立了测定集装箱底板中五氯苯酚和2,3,5,6四氯苯酚的含量的气相色谱-质谱法（GC-MS）,采用超声波萃取,经乙酸酐乙酰化后,利用GC-MS选择性离子检测器进行测定。结果表明,该方法简单、易操作,线性相关性好,五氯苯酚和四氯苯酚的相关系数R2均大于或等于0.999,测得五氯苯酚和四氯苯酚的检测低限为0.2 g/mL,回收率分别在80.80%～116.80%和88.48%～116.00%之间,RSD分别在2.85%～9.31%和2.45%～5.02%之间,该方法可以用于集装箱底板用胶合板产品的四氯苯酚和五氯苯酚防腐剂的定量检测工作。

Determination Technologies of Preservative in Container Flooring-Determination of PCP and TeCP by GC-MS

The Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry（GC-MS） was used for the determination of pentachlorophenol（PCP） and Tetrachloro-phenol（TeCP） in container flooring for the first time.After extraction by ultrasonic bath and acetylation by anhydride,it was determined using GC-MS selective ion detector.The results show that the method was convenient and sensitive.A good linearity correlation with correlation coefficient R2 of PCP and TeCP was greater than or equal to 0.999.The detection limits were 0.2 ug/mL.The average recovery rate was 80.80%～116.80% and 88.48%～116.00%,respectively;and the RSD were 2.85%～9.31% and 2.45%～5.02%,respectively.The proposed method was able to apply for determination of PCP and TeCP of plywood products that using for container flooring.
