生长调节剂对小麦旗叶衰老和产量性状的影响

摘    要:在半冬性小麦品种豫麦49号的生长过程中分别用植物生长调节剂(GA3、NBT、6-BA、TIBA、PP333)进行叶面喷施,研究它们对小麦群体数、生育后期旗叶中有关衰老重量指标、产量构成因素和产量的影响。结果表明,不同的植物生长调节剂对小麦的生长发育过程有不同形式的作用。有的(NBT、6-BA、PP333)能够明显提高小麦的分蘖能力和最终成穗数;有的(6-BA、TIBA、PP333)显著提高生育后期旗叶细胞的自我保护能力和光合作用,延长了叶片的功能期,有利于籽粒灌浆。从总体效果看,6-BA、PP333能较好地协调产量构成因素间的关系,提高作物产量;TIBA对提高千粒重有显著作用。

Abstract:Effects of plant growth regulators on winter wheat were studied during 1999~2000. The results showed that GA3, 6-BA, TIBA, PP333 and NBT could apporpriately affect tillers in the vegetative growth stage, kept the NR and SOD activity at high level, increasesd the content of soluble protein and total chlorophyll in the later stage. They could improve the photosynthetic capacity, promoted the frans portation and the accumulation of the assimilation products during grain filling period of wheat. They delayed the senescence of functional leaves, had a positive effect on grain filling, formed the proper, relationship of yield components and increased the yield. But each of them worked in different ways.
