摘    要:【目的】评价5份香蕉种质对不同枯萎病菌生理小种的抗性,为香蕉枯萎病抗性种质材料快速筛选和优良品种的推广提供科学依据。【方法】采用苗期和田间抗性评价方法,分别测试两份粉蕉品种(粉杂1号和海南KKF)对枯萎病1号生理小种、3份香焦品种(海南KK1、海南KK2和新北蕉)对枯萎病4号生理小种的抗性。【结果】两份粉蕉品种对枯萎病1号生理小种均表现为高抗,抗性较广西当家品种金粉1号(中抗)好;3份香蕉品种中,海南KK2对枯萎病4号生理小种表现为高抗、海南KK1和新北蕉表现为抗,3份香蕉品种对枯萎病4号生理小种的抗性均优于广西当家品种威廉斯B6(感)。【结论】测试的5份香蕉种质对枯萎病均有良好的抗性,均具有推广价值。

Abstract:Objective]Five banana varieties were evaluated for resistance to different physiological races of Fusarium wilt in order to screen and extend elite resistant varieties of banana.Method]Fusarium wild resistance in five banana varieties,viz.,Fenza 1 Hainan KKF,Hainan KK1,Hainan KK2 and Xinbeijiao,was assessed to physiological races No.1(FOC35) and No.4(FOCTL02) at seedling stage of potting culture and whole growth duration in field.Result]Two Musa ABB group Fenjiao varieties Fenza 1 and Hainan KKF exhibited highly resistance to FOC35 compared to local variety Jinfen 1(moderately resistance) in Guangxi.Out of the 3 banana varieties,Hainan KK2 was highly resistant to FOCTL02,and Hainan KK1 and Xinbeijiao were resistant to FOCTL02.The resistance of all the 3 tested banana varieties to FOCTL02 was better than that of the local banana variety Williams B6(sensitive).Conclusion]It is concluded that all five varieties may be extended for commercial cultivation due to great resistance to Fusarium wilt.
