黄渤海区域贝类中副溶血弧菌污染调查及血清学分型

摘    要:[目的]了解黄渤海区域零售贝类中副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)污染及血清学分型情况,为指导安全消费和建立预警预报系统提供科学依据.[方法]2010年7~10月,采集山东日照、烟台、青岛、威海、大连和莱州6个城市零售市场上的贝类,利用MPN-PCR对样品进行检测和定量分析,采用SPSS 16.0软件对数据进行统计分析.[结果]153份样品中共检出Vp阳性115份,各城市检出率均在60.0%以上,平均为75.2%.经卡方检验显示:不同城市间的检出率无显著差异(P>0.05),不同贝类的检出率存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中螠蛏的检出率最高(100.0%).定量分析结果表明:MPN均值最高的是螠蛏(673.9 MPN/g),不同贝类中Vp的MPN平均值存在显著差异(P<0.05).血清学分型结果显示:贝类中Vp的血清型分布呈多样性,115株菌可鉴定出9个0群和53个K型.[结论]黄渤海区贝类中Vp检出率较高、分布广泛,且血清型具有多样性的特点,但未检出Vp的tdh基因.

Abstract:[Objective]The levels of contamination and serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were investigated in shellfish collected from retail markets nearby Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea areas in order to build a warning and forecasting system for safe food consumption.[Methods]Shellfish samples were collected from retail markets located in six cities,viz.,Rizhao,Yantai,Qingdao,Weihai,Dalian and Laizhou,followed by detection and quantitative analysis using MPN-PCR method.[Result]Among the tested 153 samples,115 samples were found positive,and the detection rate in samples collected from all cities surpassed 60.0% with the average detection rate of 75.2%.Chi-square analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in detection rates among six cities(P >0.05),but there was significant difference among different shellfish species(P<0.05).The detection rate of Sinonovacula constricta Flesh was 100.0%,highest in the list.Quantitative analysis results indicated that the average concentration was significantly different among various shellfish varieties(P<0.05),amongst them,the highest was Sinonovacula constricta Flesh with 673.9 MPN/g.Through serotype analysis,it was found that the distribution of serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was diversified and 115 isolates belonged to 9 O groups and 53 K types.[Conclusion]In areas of Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea,high detection rate and wide distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was observed,and various serotypes were found scattered at different spots.However,no tdh gene was detected in this experiment.
