| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,知识日渐成为独立的生产要素,决定着经济发展的速度与方向,但随之而来的"信息超载"也一直困扰着研究生。根据研究生知识结构,浅谈研究生如何进行个人知识管理,以提高个人的自主学习能力和学习的效率,增加个人竞争力。

| Abstract: | In the context of knowledge-based economy,Knowledge is increasingly being the most important factors of production which decide the speed and direction of economy development,But information explosion in awake of it disturbed the postgraduates study,this paper is based on the knowledge structure of postgraduates,help to the postgraduates to carry out the personal knowledge management so that they can improve the ability of self-study and study efficiency,enhance personal competitive. |
