湖南粮食流通产业发展的战略定位与策略探讨

湖南粮食流通产业具有粮食资源、区位交通、产业基础等明显优势,但也存在粮食品种比较单一、粮食商品率较低、粮食品牌不响、产品科技含量不高等劣势。湖南如何扬长避短,加快粮食流通产业发展,在发展战略定位上做出何种选择,采取什么策略?笔者认为:湖南应该立足当前国情、省情、粮情实际,找准产业发展的战略定位:打造全国商品粮基地,为国家粮食安全做贡献;发展精深加工,增强湖南粮食经济整体实力;走集团化品牌化战略,提升湖南粮食流通产业竞争力。对应的发展策略,重点要在五个方面下功夫:一是稳步提高粮食综合生产能力;二是打造湖南粮油品牌;三是培育粮食产业集群;四是构建粮食现代物流体系;五是推进产业结构升级转型。
