| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆信息服务能力评价是一个系统工程,是满足读者信息需求的参考。因此,需要从总体上进行全局性的概述。以下从高校图书馆信息服务能力内涵、高校图书馆信息服务能力评价过程、高校图书馆信息能力评价的主要方法这3方面进行阐述。确定了信息服务能力评价的主要内容,定义了评价的实施过程。通过分析不同评价方法的优势与不足,选择了适合高校图书馆信息能力评价的方法,以满足不同读者的信息需求。

| Abstract: | Evaluation of college library information service ability is system engineering,is to meet the needs of readers.Accordingly,need from on the whole to carry out overall overview.In this paper,the connotation of college library information service ability evaluation of college library information service ability of University Library’s information ability evaluation process,the major method of these three aspects.The information service ability the main content of the evaluation,defines the evaluation procedure.Through the analysis of different methods for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages,choose suitable for university library information ability evaluation method,to meet the needs of different readers’ information needs. |
