| 摘 要： | 高校学报是中国高等教育事业和学术期刊事业共同发展的产物,因而具有学术期刊和高等教育的双重属性。仅从期刊出版角度来研究高校学报是远远不够的,还应从高等教育体制改革的视角来探寻高校学报的创新与发展,即高校学报应主动适应文化体制改革的要求,在实施期刊品牌经营战略基础上,切实回归学术质量的内涵发展本位。

| Abstract: | College journal is the result produced by progression of higher education and academic periodic,which have the features of both academic journal and the college.The author suggested it is not enough to improve the college journal in a perspective of journal publishing,and college journal should be renovated and developed considering the reformation of higher education,namely,college journal need to adapt the demand of reformation of higher education system actively and develop in a way that based on journal brand strategy and improvement of academic quality. |
