| Abstract: | The value chain theory has been applied to various fields as an effective tool of competitive advantage. It can improve enterprises' market competitvenes by improving business processes and reducing the operational costs. Colleges are places for cultivating talents for enterprises, and its operating mechanism can also be seen as a process to create value. Therefore, this paper makes a study of personnel training through value chain management theory and puts forward some suggestions. |
