| 摘 要： | 文章的核心是揭示人与自然的关系。SARS传疾是一种环境灾害。鉴于它凸显的当代中国人们在认识和处理一些自然和社会问题上存在的种种困惑和局限，文章就环境认知、环境灾害防治、城市化本质、规划设计理念、科学与人文精神和制度创新等问题，从地学角度进行分析提出创新的一些思路。

| Abstract: | The relationship between man and nature is the core to reveal.The spread of SARS is a kind of environmental catastrophe.Seeing that it clearly manifest itself many kinds of perplexities and limitations of contemporary Chinese in understanding and dealing with some of the natural and social related problems, topical subject such as the recognition of environment, the prevention and cure of environmental disaster,the essence of citifying,the idea of planning and designing,the spirit of science and human,as well as the innovation of system and the like are analysed from geoscience prospect, and therefore the train of thought on innovation is put forward. |
