摘 要: | [目的]研究扎龙自然保护区不同生境羊草种群根茎的数量性状。[方法]利用根茎型禾草无性系种群年龄结构的研究方法,于2005年6~9月对扎龙自然保护区4种生境羊草种群的根茎长度、根茎生物量的年龄结构动态进行研究。[结果]扎龙保护区4种生境羊草种群的根茎均由4个龄级组成,9月的根茎长度、根茎生物量由大到小依次为:沙土>林间风沙土>草甸土>中度碱土。根茎长度,6、7月以23、龄级占绝对优势,呈稳定型年龄结构;89、月以1、2龄级为主,呈增长型年龄结构。根茎生物量,8月之前以2龄级为主,8月之后以1龄级为主。随着龄级的增加,根茎生物量减少。[结论]不同生境条件下羊草种群的根茎长度、根茎生物量存在很大差异。

Study on the Quantitative Traits of Rhizome in Leymus chinensis(Trin.)Tzvel. Population under Different Habitats in Zhalong Natural Reserve |

Abstract: | [Objective ] The research aimed to study the quantitative traits of rhizome in Leymus chinensis(Trin.) Tzvel.population under different habitats in Zhalong natural reserve.[Method] By the research method of age structure of rhizome grass clone population,the age structure dynamic of the rhizome length,rhizome biomass of L.chinensis population under 4 kinds of habitats in Zhalong natural reserve were studied during June-September of 2005.[Result] Rhizome of L.chinensis population under 4 kinds of habitats in Zhalong natural reserve were all composed of 4 age classes.The rhizome length,rhizome biomass under 4 kinds of habitats in September in order was as follows: sandy soil>inter-forest sand soil>meadow soil>medium saline alkalize soil.Rhizome length with the 2nd and 3rd age class was absolutely dominant and showed the stable age structure during June-July.Rhizome length with the 1st and 2nd age class took the main role during August-September and showed the increasing age structure.Rhizome biomass with the 2nd age class took the main role before August and that with the 1st age class took the main role after August.With the increasing of age class,rhizome biomass decreased.[Conclusion] Rhizome length and rhizome biomass of L. chinensis population under different habitats existed great difference. |
