| 摘 要： | 为明确不同哈密瓜品种对果斑病的抗病能力,采用人工接种和田间自然发病2种方法测定了13个哈密瓜不同品种对细菌性果斑病的抗病性。结果表明,供试的13个哈密瓜品种对细菌性果斑病的抗病性存在显著的差异,其中超早丰F1为高抗品种,华夏密宝、甘密宝、西域甘露IIF1、红脆宝、泰丰密和玉金香为中抗品种,骄密二号、早皇后、金龙花为中感品种,新密杂十一号、新密雅7号、金8_4为感病品种,没有对果斑病完全免疫的品种。通过田间发病情况系统调查分析得知,生产中感病品种发病早,病情发展速度快,病情指数高;抗病品种发病晚,病情发展缓慢,病情指数低。 |

| Abstract: | 13 cultivars of sweet-melon were used to identify their resistance to Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli,significant differences existed in 13 cultivars.Chaozaofeng F-1,high resistant;Middle resistant for Huaxiamibao,Ganmibao, Xiyuganlu,Hongcuibao,Taifengmi and Yujinxiang;middle susceptible for Jiaomi 2,Zaohuanghou and Jinlonghua.Susceptible for Xinmiza 11,Xinmiya 7 and Jin 8-4;no immune cultivars.Investigation showed that disease occurrence was early and serous in susceptible cultivars in field,otherwise situation in resistant cultivars. |
