春兰种子非共生萌发的研究

摘    要:对春兰种子进行了非共生萌发。培养基中使用葡萄糖时葫发率高于蔗糖;种皮经过手术刀片切割的种子5个月后萌发率达到22.4%;使用0.5%NaOCl溶液对种子进行不同时间的处理,在4~6min时得到了最高的葫发率。种子预处理是提高春兰萌发率的关键,种皮是抑制萌发的主要原因之一。

Abstract:The seeds of Cymbidium goeringii were germinated in asymbiotic culture. The effect of the glucose is better than that of the sucrose. Five months later, the germination is 22. 4% when the embryos were excised with a scalpel. The seeds were bleached in 0. 5% NaOCl solution for a series of time, the highest germination is obtained when the bleaching time was 4-6min. The bleaching and the stratification are vital to the germination of the Cymbidium goeringii seeds, and the seed coat is one of the important factors of inhibition in the germination.
