| 摘 要： | 研究区位于新疆南部。这里气候干燥、降水稀少、各项自然要素和自然综合体无不带有干旱环境的影响和特点。灾害性洪水便是一例,其类型之多,成因之特殊为我国其它地区少见,具有干旱区水文现象的独特性和代表性。洪水给人类带来了巨大灾变。据统计,世界上每年由于洪泛造成的损失平均达4000亿美元,新疆仅1987年洪水损失也高达3亿多元(人民币)。研究区约占新疆国土面积的二分

| Abstract: | A special natural environment of the study region produces different hazardous floods from that of other worldo Floods which are more hazardous and occur more frequent in the region include cloudburst flood, glacial outburst flood and glacial melting flood. Feild evidences, observational data and figures are given in this paper to analyze time and space of their occurence, and their main characteristics.Detailed discussion is focused on the original mechanism and the rule of occurences. |
