玉米花丝生长发育过程中水势、pH值变化规律的研究

摘    要:以两个夏玉米品种掖单12和掖单19为材料,通过室内测定的方法,研究了花丝生长发育过程中水势和pH值的动态变化。结果表明,不同品种间变化规律稍有不同,但总趋势一致。吐丝前花丝水势变化平稳,吐丝后花丝水势的变化呈下降趋势;吐丝前花丝pH值变化平稳,吐丝后pH值变化呈上升-下降-上升趋势。较高的花丝水势和pH值有利于维持花丝活力,花丝水势在-0.1~-0.4 MPa之间时,花丝活力较强;花丝pH值在6.8~6.9时,花丝活力较高。

Abstract:The study was conducted in laboratory in order to learn the dynamic changes of water potential and pH value during the growth and development of maize silks with two summer maize hybrids Yedan12 and Yedan19. The results showed that the two hybrids had the same trends, but were not quite the same. Changes of water potential was remained stable before silking and decrease after silking; changes of pH value was also remained stable before silking but increasing-decreasing-increasing after silking. The silk viability was higher when water potential of silks remained from -0.1 to -0.4 Mpa and pH value remained from 6.8 to 6.9.
