工商管理类本专科教学模式改革探讨

工商管理类教学以培养复合型,应用型人才为目标,而目前的教学模式以传授书本理论知识为主,培养的学生实践能力、应用能力和创新能力都比较差,不能满足社会对人才的需求。分析了工商管理类教学现有教学模式存在的问题:教学模式有偏差;学生实践能力较差;教学效果考核方式死板。指出了现有教学模式的改革从以下几个方面着手:从教师和学生双方下手提高教学效果;注重培养学生创新思维能力;教学考核方式的多样化;课堂教学评价要注重评价教学效果。

A probe into a New Teaching Mode on Students Majoring Business Administration

The teaching aim of business administration should be interdisciplinary and application-oriented.But teaching mode is mostly of theory and students are lack of practice ability and innovation ability so they can't meet the requirement of society.teaching mode is described,and problems in teaching mode are analyzed which are mainly that.teaching mode is not in agreement with teaching aim,students are lack of practice,and checking mode is not agile.lastly innovation strategy is brought forward.In teaching students' innovation ability should be trained,checking mode should be agile and class appraise should pay attention to class effect.
