贵州省毕节地区烟叶质量状况分析

摘    要:为了全面了解毕节地区烟叶的质量状况。按照相关标准,对2005年贵州省毕节地区烟草生产种植区划项目中的8个县(市)所取的70个中部烟叶样品,进行了外观质量和化学成分的量化分析。毕节地区8个县(市)烟叶外观质量总体较好,差异不大。全区烟叶颜色为桔黄,成熟度较好,油分较足,叶片结构疏松,色度较好。烟叶化学成分含量综合分析表明,全区烟叶烟碱平均含量为2.55%,总氮平均含量为1.77%,总糖和还原糖平均含量分别为30.17%和25.19%,钾离子平均含量为1.58%,氯离子平均含量为0.28%,蛋白质的平均含量为6.94%。2005年毕节烟叶的烟碱和总氮含量较高,而钾含量较低,烟叶生产中应注意控氮降碱提高烟叶的钾离子含量。

Abstract:The objective of the study was to know the quality status of tobacco leaves in Bijie prefecture roundly.According to the relevant standards,the quantization analysis of appearance quality and chemical components of 70 samples from 8 counties(cities)in Bijie prefecture of Guizhou province in 2005 were conducted.The appearance qualities of tobacco leaves from 8 counties(cities) in Bijie prefecture were better generally,with little difference.The tobacco leaves in whole prefecture were orange in color,rich in oil,loose in leaf structure and preferable in colority.The comprehensive analysis of chemical components of tobacco in Bijie prefecture showed that the mean content of nicotine was 2.55%;total N,1.77%;total sugar and reducing sugar,30.17% and 25.19%,respectively;K ion,1.58%;Cl ion,0.28% and protein,6.94%.The mean content of nicotine and total N were higher and K content was lower in tobacco in Bijie prefecture.To control of nitrogen and reduction of alkali should be paid attention so as to increase the content of potassium ion in the tobacco production.
