| Abstract: | Since the reforming and opening in 1978,agricultural laws have made great achievements.At the same time,there are some new problems,and agricultural insurance is one of them.Based on the survey in Hebei Province,the legal issues on practice of agricultural insurance were analyzed,and some legal suggestions were made. |
