摘    要:在无标样的情况下,应用模拟移动床色谱分离玉米须粗提物,并得到含量为92%的产品。经液质、红外、紫外鉴定为黄酮类。

Abstract:The separation of raw extract of Corn Silk by simulated moving bed chromatography under the condition that there is no any standard sample was introduced in the paper and high purity product was obtained.The product was finally recognized as Flavonoid after the identification of IR,UV and LC-MS.Separation of flavonoids of Corn Silk by SMBC haven't been reported recently yet.
