| 摘 要： | 以保加利亚尖椒(Capsicum annuum L.Bulgaria pointed pepper)为试验材料,探讨了有机成分、激素组合、辣椒幼苗提取物、AgNO3、脱落酸和亚精胺等因素对子叶离体培养的影响.结果表明,辣椒幼苗汁液对不定芽的诱导分化及伸长有明显的促进作用,添加脱落酸和亚精胺可促进不定芽的伸长;采用优化的培养基培养,不定芽诱导率达到100%,不定芽伸长率达83%,生根率达到100%.在此基础上建立了保加利亚尖椒的子叶离体高效再生体系.

| Abstract: | The effects of different factors on the regeneration of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) cotyledon explants were investigated,including organic compound,combination of plant growth substances,extraction of pepper seedlings,concentrations of AgNO3,ABA and Spermidine,etc.The results showed that juice of pepper seedlings was very effective to the differentiation and elongation of adventitious buds.By optimizing the culture conditions,the rate of adventitious bud induction,elongation and rooting reached to 100%,83%,and 100%,respectively. |
