甘南尕海湿地不同退化程度植物碳、氮、磷的化学计量特征及动态变化

摘    要:以甘南尕海沼泽化草甸湿地为研究对象,测定3种退化程度(未退化、轻度退化、中度退化)植物根系和植物地上部分的化学计量特征。结果表明,植物根系与地上部分P含量呈显著的负相关性,而植物根系与地上部分N含量呈现极显著的正相关性。3种不同退化程度下植物根系C、N含量在整个生长季内的变化较为平缓,而根系P含量在整个生长季内呈下降的趋势;植物根系C:N随着月份的推移基本持平,而根系C:P和N:P呈逐渐上升的变化趋势。湿地植物C含量与N含量之间存在极显著的正相关关系,与P含量呈现负相关关系;而N与P含量之间呈现出负相关性;同时发现P元素已经成为尕海湿地沼泽化草甸植物生长发育过程中的主要限制性因子。因此,在对尕海沼泽化草甸湿地种群进行保护和开发中适量增施P肥,将会促进湿地植被的恢复。

Abstract:The chemical metrological characteristics of roots and aboveground plant materials in 3 degraded levels (non-degraded, slightly degraded, moderate degraded) of Gannan Gahai marsh meadow wetland were measured. The results showed that:the plant roots had a significant negative correlation with P content,but a significant positive correlation with aboveground N content. There was a significant positive correlation between C and N content in wetland plants, and a negative correlation between C and P content. It has been also found that the P element has become the main limiting factor in the growth and development of Gahai wetland swamp meadow plants. Therefore, proper application of P fertilizer for the conservation and development of Gahai marsh meadow wetland will promote the recovery of wetland vegetation.
