高寒草甸植物中正构脂肪酸组成特征研究

为探究高寒草甸植物中正构脂肪酸组成特征，利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪（GC-MS）对高寒草甸54种植物进行了测定和分析。结果表明，高寒草甸常见植物中单种正构脂肪酸碳数为C₆~C₂₈，含量分布范围0.05~7 964.32 mg·kg^-1，其中十六酸含量高，而十一酸含量低。总正构脂肪酸含量为380.19~11 335.95 mg·kg^-1，总奇数碳正构脂肪酸含量小于总偶数碳正构脂肪酸含量，偶数碳优势明显。同种植物中各不同正构脂肪酸的含量差异显著（P<0.05），同科植物间正构脂肪酸含量差异不显著，不同科植物间正构脂肪酸含量明显不同。

Characterization of n-Fatty Acids in Alpine Meadow Plants

54 plants of alpine meadow were collected and analyzed to investigate the characteristics of n-fatty acids using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the carbon numbers of n-fatty acids in alpine meadow plants were from C₆ to C₂₈, and the content of the n-fatty acids were from 0.05 to 7 964.32 mg·kg^-1,among which the content of the hexadecanoic acid was the highest and the hendecanoic acid was the lowest. The content of total n-fatty acid varied from 380.19 to 11 335.95 mg·kg^-1, and the contents of total odd n-fatty acids were less than that of the total even n-fatty acids. The content of the every n-fatty acid was significant difference in the same plant species, but not significant difference in different plants belonging to the same family, and that was obviously different among different families.
