摘    要:为明确苎麻(Boehmeria nivea L.)青贮、构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)青贮、芦笋(Asparagus officinalis)及芦笋皮的饲用价值,利用饲料分析技术及氨基酸分析仪进行了测定,并对其饲用价值进行比较分析。结果表明:芦笋中粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(Fat)和粗灰分(Ash)的含量最高;苎麻青贮中粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量最高;构树青贮中干物质(DM)和总能(GE)为最高;芦笋的总必需氨基酸与总非必需氨基酸含量最高。芦笋的干物质采食量(DMI)、可消化干物质(DDM)、相对饲用价值(RFV)和有机物质消化率(OMD)均显著高于其他3种粗饲料(P<0.05),苎麻青贮的饲用价值显著低于其他3种粗饲料(P<0.05)。本研究可以为苎麻青贮、构树青贮、芦笋及芦笋皮在动物营养中的应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:To clarify the feeding value of ramie silage, paper mulberry silage, the whole asparagus and asparagus peel,we analyzed the feeding value of four rough forages using the technique of feed analysis and amino acid analyzer. The results showed that the content of crude protein, crude fat and Ash of the whole asparagus was the highest among the four rough forages; the content of crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of ramie silage was the highest among the four rough forages; the content of dry matter and gross energy of paper mulberry silage was the highest among the four rough forages; the content of essential amino acid nonessential amino acid of the whole asparagus was the highest among the four rough forages; the DMI, DDM, RFV and OMD of the whole asparagus was higher than those of the other three rough forages (P<0.05), but the RFV of ramie silage was the lower than those of the other three rough forages (P<0.05). In conclusion, this study can provide reference for application of ramie silage, paper mulberry silage, the whole asparagus and asparagus peel in animal production.
