摘    要:为研究品种和收获期对全株玉米生物产量和青贮品质的影响,以‘郑单958’、‘农大108’、‘改良958’、‘中原单32’等为试验材料,分别于不同时期收获并进行青贮,对相关指标进行分析。结果表明:‘中原单32’的鲜草产量和粗蛋白含量最高。随着青贮时期的推迟,粗蛋白(cude protein,CP)、淀粉、乙酸和乳酸含量逐渐递减,脂肪和水溶性碳水化合物(water soluable carbohydrate,WSC)含量先上升后下降,pH值先降低后升高。综合考虑生物产量和青贮品质,青贮玉米最佳的收获时期在乳熟期和蜡熟期之间。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of maize cultivars and harvest stages on the yield and silage quality, 4 maize varieties were used as materials to analyze the nutrition quality of silage and fresh yield at 3 periods. The result showed that: ‘Zhongyuandan 32’ had the highest fresh yield and CP. As the silage time was delayed, CP, starch, acetic acid and lactic acid gradually decreased, while fat and WSC increased first and then decreased, but pH reduced first and then increased. Considering the yield and silage quality, the optimum harvest and silage time of maize should be between the milk stage and dough stage.
