育苗调制剂防治水稻立枯病机理的研究

摘    要:用调制剂处理育苗床土,在生长箱内将Fusarium eqmsett,F.oxysporum,F.grammearum和Rhtzoctonia solani接种在三叶期的水稻秧苗上,研究表明施用调制剂的秧苗素质与抗病力均比对照提高,秧苗体内防御酶系及可溶性蛋白含量的动态同时表明:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性与可溶性蛋白质含量高峰均比对照提前,且峰值高,并且随着施用量的增加,这一趋势更加明显.

Abstract:The rice seedling disease causal agents,Fusarium equiseti,F.oxysporum,F.graminearum and Rhizoctonia solani,were used to inoculate the seedling which were on the meadow soil treated with seedling-stimulating agent.The results indicated that seedling treated with seedling-stimulating agent had better quality and higher disease resistance by improving the enzyme activity of SOD, PAL,PPO, POD and soluble protein content rapidly,and such tendency was much clearer as the increase of the agent amount and the decrease of pH of seedling soil bed.
