电磁振动棉花精密播种装置的试验分析

摘    要:针对光籽棉种难以进行精播的问题,设计了一种电磁振动式精密播种装置.在电磁振动作用下,棉种在排种盘上排列成队,按顺序依次进入分流通道,实现棉种的分流回收.通过对该装置进行排种试验,得出了影响排种速度的因素,确定了提高播种质量的实验方案.实验结果表明,该播种装置满足农艺要求.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that cottonseed is difficult to be seeded precisely, the electromagnetic vibration precision seeder is designed. Forced by electromagnetic vibration cottonseed on the feeder is in line, and then it flowers into the diffluent device, where the cottonseed is diffluent. Feeding experiment is done on this feeding device, and by experiment analysis the factors affect feeding speed are got, and the experiment exam of seeding quality is gained. The experimental results show that the seeding .device meets the agricultural requirement of cottonseed precision seeding.
