摘    要:连作障碍是烤烟生产的主要限制因子,丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizas fungi,AMF)作为生物调节剂、生物肥料和生物防治剂能在一定程度上克服其连作障碍。介绍了连作对烤烟生产的影响及AMF克服烤烟连作障碍的机制,从烤烟生长、产量及品质、病虫害、抗逆性、根际微环境等方面综述了AMF对烤烟生产的影响,展望了AMF在烤烟生产上的应用前景。

Abstract:Replant disease is one of the main limited factors in tobacco production.AMF can control replant disease of tobacco in certain degree as biological growth regulator,fertilizer and prophylactic.In this paper the effect of replant disease on tobacco production and the mechanism of AMF in controlling replant disease of tobacco are introduced,the effects of AMF on tobacco production are reviewed from aspects of tobacco growth,yield and quality,plant diseases and insect pests,stress resistance,rhizosphere micro environment.The application prospect of AMF in tobacco production is proposed as well.
