Abstract:In order to explore the spatial variation characteristics and the relationship between aboveground biomass and species number of natural grassland in East Ujimqin banner,and provide the data support and theoretical support for grassland environmental protection and sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry in East Ujimqin banner,a study based on the survey data of East Ujimqin banner in 2020,and using the research methods of geostatistics and fitting function was conducted,the results were as follows:In East Ujimqin banner,the variation degree of species number per unit mean was higher than that of aboveground biomass,but the spatial heterogeneity aboveground biomass was slightly higher than that of species number.The autocorrelation scale of the spatial distribution of species number was larger than that of aboveground biomass,and the former is mainly manifested as the change rule of longitude,while the latter had corresponding change characteristics in longitude and latitude.When the number of species was less than 14,the aboveground biomass increased sharply with the increase of species number;while the number of species was more than 14,the multi-species effect showed a single peak curve.
