| 摘 要： | 研究了不同组分培养液、开花时期、采粉时间、短时高温等因素对非洲凤仙花粉离体萌发的影响。结果表明:非洲凤仙花粉萌发较适宜的离体培养液为10%蔗糖+0.20%硼酸溶液。花朵闭合期及开放初期花粉萌发率显著高于开花后期花粉萌发率;1 d中不同时期花粉萌发率无显著差异;高温(温度高于34℃)环境下花粉萌发率显著降低。

| Abstract: | The factors on different culture medium,flowering phase,collecting time and short-term heating affecting pollen germination of Impatiens wallerana were studied.The results showed that the optimum germination medium in vitro of Impatiens wallerana pollen was a medium supplemented with 10% sucrose and 0.20% boric acid.The germination ratios of pollen collected at early stage of flowering phase were significantly different to that collected at late stage.Different periods of the day,pollen germination ratio wa... |
