山豆根组培快繁技术优化的研究

摘    要:以药用植物山豆根为材料,通过探讨不同部位、基本培养基、6-BA浓度和继代代数对有效繁殖系数和成苗质量的影响,以优化山豆根的组培快繁技术。结果表明:顶芽茎段为诱导的最佳部位;改良B5低氮盐,为最适基本培养基;6-BA 2.0 mg/L对芽分化和苗的质量较优;较为合适的继代代数为10~15代。

Abstract:The effect of several factors such as different positions,basic media,6-BA concentration and subculture times on effective propagation coefficient and seedling quality was discussed in this paper by using tube seedlings of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.The results showed that the stem with terminal bud was the best position.Medium which had lower concentration of nitrogen was beneficial to propagation and seedling quality,so that improved B5 medium was the most suitable one.When 6-BA concentration was 6-BA 2.0...
