基于开关电容的滤波器设计

摘    要:开关电容网络目前有着非常广泛的应用,其中开关电容滤波器是一个重要的应用领域。通过简要说明开关电容的结构与工作原理,给出了五阶开关电容高通滤波器的设计。仿真输出曲线较理想的显示了其幅频特性,适用于低通、带通、陷波等各种滤波器的设计与仿真。

The Design of the Filter Based on the Switched Capacitor

Abstract:Switched capacitor networks are a very wide range of applications, including switched capacitor filter is an important application areas. This paper illustrated the structure and function of the Switched Capacitor net. The design of 5th_order switched capacitor highpass filter and its Pspice simulation program have been given. The simulation results show perfect transfer characteristics. The proposal can be used for designing and simulating lowpass, bandpass, bandreject and other filter circuits.
