NaCl和NaHCO3处理对本溪山樱保护酶及相关指标的影响

摘    要:考察本溪山樱对不同浓度NaCl和NaHCO3处理的适应能力。以1年生本溪山樱(Cerasus sachalinensis)实生苗为试材,采用浓度为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%NaCl和NaHCO3处理,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)及相关指标。结果表明:随NaCl处理浓度的增大,土壤电导率明显上升;随NaHCO3处理浓度的增大,土壤pH值上升;随着NaCl和NaHCO3处理浓度的增大,茎粗增长量明显下降,根活力先增高后降低,MDA含量逐渐升高;SOD,CAT和POD活性随着盐处理浓度的增大先增加后降低。相同浓度下,本溪山樱耐NaHCO3的胁迫能力强于NaCl。

Abstract:The adaptability of Cerasus sachalinensis was studied by different treatments.1-year-old potted Cerasus sachalinensis was treated by the concentrations of 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%NaCl and NaHCO3,and investigated the activities of superoxide(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) dismutase and related indices.The results showed that with the concentration of NaCl increasing,the electrical conductivity rate of soil was increased significantly.With the concentration of NaHCO3 increasing,the pH value was increased.With the concentration of NaCl and NaHCO3 increasing,the diameter of expansion was decreased significantly.The activities of root were increased first and decreased then,the content of MDA was increased.With the concentration of NaCl and NaHCO3 increasing,the activities of SOD,CAT and POD increased first and decreased later on.On the same concentration,the tolerant ability of Cerasus sachalinensis in NaHCO3 stress was stronger than that in NaCl.
