基于ADAMS的重卡双前桥转向仿真与优化

摘    要:针对汽车前轮磨损严重的问题,应用ADAMS建立模型,进行转向机构运动学虚拟仿真.与理论数据进行比较,分析磨损的原因;同时进行转向机构优化设计得出合理的布置方案,较好地解决了轮胎磨损的问题.

Abstract:Aim to the problem of tires wears severely,ADAMS software was applied to establish a kinematics model of dual-front axle steering system.Comparing to idealized value,it can find out the reason why the tires wear severely.steering system was optimized at the same time and a reasonable project was got to solve this problem properly.
