摘    要:本研究采用盆栽试验方法,研究了氮、磷肥对金银花叶面积、叶重、千蕾重,叶绿素及药用成分绿原酸和黄酮含量的影响。研究结果表明,在供试土壤基本性质基础上,施氮肥能显著提高金银花花期叶片光合色素的含量,每棵树施氮肥 0 ~ 15g的范围内,金银花生长指标随着施肥量的增加呈增加趋势,其中施氮15g/棵处理生长各指标最佳;而绿原酸和总黄酮含量随施氮量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,当施氮量45g/棵时,含量达到显著最高;本次试验磷肥处理间对金银花的生长影响差异不显著,但超过此施肥量范围产量则下降,当施磷肥量在 0 ~ 30g/棵的范围内,绿原酸和总黄酮随着施磷量增加而增加,超过30g/棵时,随施磷量的增加而显著下降。本研究结论得金银花每棵施氮肥15 ~ 45g、磷肥10 ~ 30g对金银花生长发育、产量和质量影响最佳。

Abstract:Pot experiment was used to study the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on the leaf area, leaf weight, thousand bud weight, chlorophyll, chlorogenic acid and flavonoid contents of Lonicera Linn. The results showed that, based on the basic properties of soil tested, nitrogen application could significantly increase the photosynthetic pigment content of Lonicera Linn flowering leaves. The growth indexes of Lonicera Linn showed an increasing trend with the increase of nitrogen application rate in the range of 0 ~ 15g per tree, and the growth indexes of 15g/tree were the best. The contents of chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and reached the highest value when the nitrogen application rate was 45g/tree. In this experiment, there was no significant difference in the effect of phosphorus fertilizer treatment on the growth of Lonicera Linn, but the yield decreased when the application rate was above this range. When the application rate was between 0 ~ 30g/tree, chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids increased with the increase of phosphorus application rate, and when the application rate was above 30g/tree, it decreased significantly with the increase of phosphorus application rate. The results showed that 15 ~ 45g nitrogen fertilizer and 10-30g phosphate fertilizer per plant had the best effects on the growth, yield and quality of Lonicera Linn.
