摘    要:水资源和粮食是人类生存发展的基础需求,近年来气候变化导致干旱逐渐加剧,进而影响粮食作物的产量,对农业持续发展和粮食安全产生了巨大挑战。同时水资源持续短缺也给农业灌溉用水带来了巨大挑战,利用各种高效节水技术对作物进行抗旱性锻炼,保障作物不减产或产量提高的情况下降低作物无效耗水是农业生产发展的必要基础。小麦、玉米、水稻作为人类的主要粮食作物,其高产稳产是国家粮食安全的重要保障。因此,本文主要讨论了干旱胁迫对主要粮食作物小麦、玉米、水稻产量的影响,为小麦、玉米、水稻试适宜的干旱胁迫程度提供依据。

Research Progress on Effects of Water Stress on Main Food Crops
Abstract:Water resources and food are the basic needs of human survival and development. In recent years, climate change has led to increasing drought, which in turn affects the yield of food crops and poses a huge challenge to the sustainable development of agriculture and food security. At the same time, the continuous shortage of water resources has also brought great challenges to agricultural irrigation water. Using various efficient water-saving technologies to exercise the drought resistance of crops and reduce the ineffective water consumption of crops without reducing or increasing the yield of crops is the necessary basis for the development of agricultural production.Wheat, corn and rice are the main food crops of human beings, and their high and stable yield is an important guarantee for national food security. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the effects of drought stress on the yield of wheat, maize and rice, and provides a basis for the appropriate drought stress degree of wheat, maize and rice.
