茶树优质资源花粉的遗传稳定性

摘    要:用光镜和电镜研究了 4份优质茶树资源 (蓝标 1、汝城白毛茶、日铸茶和云桂大叶 )及其扦插繁殖后代的花粉遗传稳定性。结果表明 :4份资源与其扦插后代的花粉大小、形状、平均轴径及P/E值均无显著差异。对蓝标 1、汝城白毛茶及其扦插后代花粉外壁纹饰的三维分析结果表明 ,它们各自与其扦插后代的凹穴数量、密度、两凹穴间的最小距离或凹穴最小面积均较相似 ;对日铸茶、云桂大叶及其扦插后代的花粉外壁纹饰平面分析结果表明 ,它们各自与其扦插后代的长脊长度、粗脊粗度、大穴及小穴长径均基本接近。花粉外壁超微结构所显示的覆盖层、柱状层、基层和外壁内层的形状或厚度 ,4份优质资源与其扦插后代均无明显变化。因此 ,蓝标 1、汝城白毛茶、日铸茶和云桂大叶的无性后代 ,其花粉遗传性是基本稳定的

Abstract:The genetic stability of 4 excellent tea germplasms(Lanbiao 1,Rucheng Baimao Cha,Rizhucha,Yungui Daye)and their cutting offspr ings were investigated using LM and EM The results showed that the size,shape,average axis diameter and P/E value of pollens had no remarkable difference between the mother plants and their cutting offsprings The results of three dimensional analysis on pollen exine ornametation of Lanbiao 1,Rucheng Baimao Cha and their cutting offsprings showed that the quantity and density of concave caves,the minimum distance of two concave caves and the minimum area of concave cave were basically similar The results of two dimensional analysis on pollen exine ornametation of Rizhucha,Yungui Daye and their cutting offsprings showed that the length of long ridge,the thickness of wide ridge,the long diameter of big cave and small cave were closed to each other The outer pollen wall ultrastructure of 4 excellent germplasms and their cutting offsprings showed that the tectum,columellac,foot layer and endexine had no notable variation So,the pollen heredity of 4 excellent germplasms and their cutting offsprings were fundamentally stable
