The graded culture technology and mode of Litopenaeus vannamei in tarpaulin ponds

In order to explore a stable and highly efficient culture mode of Litopenaeus vannamei,two multi-span greenhouse culture ponds with a total area of 1 hm² were renovated into 135 tarpaulin ponds with a net area of about 35 m² each supplemented by water,aeration,drainage,tail water treatment facilities and other facilities.SPF first generation of L.vannamei were centralized nursing and then graded cultivation.The yield of two crops of shrimp in 2020 can reach 1 385 kg/m²,the output value is 595.9 RMB/m² and the profit is 222.16 RMB/m².Equivalent to 138 500 kg per hectare,5 959 000 RMB/hm² output value and 2 222 000 RMB/hm² profit.The experiment results showed that the tarpaulin ponds in greenhouse was an efficient culture mode for L.vannamei with low investment,short construction period and controllable culture environment.
