毛竹硝酸还原酶活性的初步研究

摘    要:研究了毛竹硝酸还原酶活性及其与生理生化指标的关系。结果表明:立地条件好,毛竹长势旺盛,硝酸还原酶活性强;不同年龄的毛竹硝酸还原酶活性不同,以Ⅲ度竹(4~5年生)硝酸还原酶活性最强;不同季节的硝酸还原酶活性不一,以夏季最强;大年硝酸还原酶活性比小年强;硝酸还原酶活性在日变化中,分别在上午11时和下午3时出现2个高峰值。结果还表明了毛竹硝酸还原酶与其生理生化指标紧密相关,可以将硝酸还原酶活性作为毛竹营养诊断、筛选优良品系的指标。

A Preliminary Study on the Nitrate Reductase Activity of Phyllostachys pubescens
Abstract:The results indicated the nitrate reductase (NR) activity was strong with good site condition and vigorous Phyllostachys pubescens growth;the NR activities of P.pubescens of various ages and the 3rd-degree bamboos of 4~5 ages were strongest;the NR activity was different in various seasons,and was strongest in the summer;the NR activity in the on year was stronger than that in the off year.The 2 peak values of NR activities appeared at 11.00a.m.and 3.00p.m.during the daily changes.The results also indicated that P.pubescens NR was closely relatived with its physiological and biochemical indexes.The activity may be taken as indexes of P.pubescens nutrientual diagnoses and screening fine strains.
