Renovation on Spiral Casing of Twin-screw Pump and Application

This paper introduces the structure and operating principle of twin-acrew pump,analyzes the interactive influence and variation between flow rate and pressure of this pump. It is pointed out that for the same specification of the pump,to enlarge the screw angle can increase its flow rate. The site test is made on the renovated pump and it is considered that the renovation method is feasible and effective.
