铁力国有林区森林防火面临的问题及应对建议

森林火灾的发生,对森林资源和整个生态系统会造成毁灭性的破坏；本文主要分析铁力国有林区改制后森林防火工作现状,存在人员配备、装备升级、经费不足、指挥体系和基础设施建设方面的突出问题,通过相应的建议措施,解决大概率发生大森林火灾的难题。主要目的是为了提升铁力国有林区森林防灭火能力,防范森林火灾的发生,提高综合森林资源管理能力。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Forest Fire Prevention in Tieli State-owned Forest Region

The occurrence of forest fire will cause devastating damage to forest resources and the whole ecosystem. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of forest fire prevention work after the restructuring of Tieli state-owned forest areas, there are outstanding problems in personnel allocation, equipment upgrading, insufficient funds, command system and infrastructure construction, and solve the problem of large probability of forest fires through corresponding suggestions. The main purpose is to enhance the Tieli state-owned forest forest fire prevention ability, prevent the occurrence of forest fires, improve the comprehensive forest resources management ability.
