摘    要:目的 测定赤峰地区市售小麦粉中交链孢菌酮酸(TeA)、交链孢酚(AOH)、腾毒素(TEN)和交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)含量,评估其污染现状,分析原因,为保障人们的饮食安全提供科学依据。方法从不同地区随机采集样品经提取液(乙睛—甲醇—磷酸二氢钠)超声提取,低温高速离心,上清液过HLB固相萃取柱净化, 采用细交链孢霉菌酮酸-13C2(TeA-13C2)为内标物,液相色谱串联质谱法(LC/MS—MS)测定四中交链孢霉毒素。结果 共检测120份样品,其中其中TeA检出率90.0%,AOH检出率为98.3%,TEN和AME的检出率均为100%。结论 赤峰地区市售小麦粉中中四中交链孢霉毒素污染率很高,应引起农业,食药监等有关部门重视,加强交链孢霉毒素污染的预防及监测工作,以保障人们的主食安全。

wheat flour sold in Chifeng
Abstract:Objective To determine the contents of alternarone acid (tea), alternariol (AOH), tengtoxin (ten) and alternariol monomethyl ether (AME) in wheat flour sold in Chifeng area, evaluate the pollution status and analyze the causes, so as to provide scientific basis for ensuring people"s food safety. Methods the samples were randomly collected from different areas. The extract (acetonitrile methanol sodium dihydrogen phosphate) was extracted by ultrasound, centrifuged at low temperature and high speed, and the supernatant was purified by HLB solid phase extraction column. The internal standard of Alternaria tenuifolia was tea-13c2. The content of Alternaria tenuifolia toxin was determined by LC / MS-MS. Results a total of 120 samples were detected. The detection rates of tea, AOH, ten and ame were 90.0%, 98.3%, 100% respectively. Conclusion the contaminat ion rate of Alternaria toxin in wheat flour sold in Chifeng area is very high. The agriculture, food and Drug Administration and other relevant departments should pay attention to it, and strengthen the prevention and monitoring of Alternaria toxin pollution, so as to ensure the safety of staple food.
