湖南烤烟化学成分特征及其相关性

采集湖南主产烟区31个县66个乡镇的B2F,C3F,X2F 3个等级烤烟样本559份,测定了烟叶可溶性糖、还原糖、总植物碱、蛋白质、总氮、钾、氯、硫含量,研究了湖南烤烟化学成分特征及其相互关系,结果表明:湖南烤烟总植物碱含量(均值3.161%)、硫含量偏高(均值0.885%)、氯含量偏低(均值0.289%);化学成分在部位间、年度间(除硫外)和3大烟区(除总植物碱外)间差异显著,品种(除钾和硫外)间差异不显著;除可溶性糖、还原糖、蛋白质、总氮、硫与氯,蛋白质与钾相关性不显著外,其余都达极显著或显著水平.

Correlation and characteristics of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in Hunan

The correlation between chemical components and the characteristic of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco were studied by detecting total sugarr,educing sugart,otal alkaloid,proteint,otal nitrogen,potassium,chlorine,and sulfur content with 559 flue-cured tobacco samples from tobacco-growing areas of Hunan.The results showed that the content of total alkaloid(mean 3.161%) and sulfur(mean 0.885%) is too high,while that of chlorine(mean 0.289%) is too low.The concentration difference of chemical components in tobacco samples between cultivars was not statistical significant except for potassium and sulfur,the difference between three ecological regions was significant except for total alkaloid,and the difference between grown years was significant except for sulfur,while that between stalk position was significant.The results of the correlation analysis between chemical components are significant correlation except for total sugar with chlorine,reducing sugar with chlorine,protein with chlorine,total nitrogen with chlorine,sulfur with chlorine,and protein with potassium.
