江苏优质栽培丹参新品种的选育

摘    要:将来自于江苏盐城和柘塘、安徽亳州的丹参混合栽培,收获通过虫媒等自然杂交的种子进行繁殖,根据丹参根皮红色程度、根的生物量进行选择,共筛选出4个材料,其生物学特征(花器官特征、叶片特征)均存在一定的差异。HPLC测定分析结果表明:4个材料中小叶型丹参的丹参酮ⅡA最高,皱叶型丹参的丹参素含量最高。4个材料的质量均较好,小叶型丹参不仅有效成分含量高,而且生物量也高,是一个质量最佳的材料。

Abstract:Salvia minltiorrhiza Bge from Yancheng,Zhetang in Jiangsu province and Bozhou in Anhui province were planted together to get the cross-bred seeds by anthophilous pollination breeding.Four excellent fresh radixes were selected according to the red color of roots tegument and the biomass of roots.Biological characteristics including blossoming,flower and leaf characteristics were different from each other.Results of quality analysis by HPLC showed that content of tanshinone IIA in small foliage type cultivar was the highest,and content of salvialic acid in crinkle foliage type cultivar was the highest.Qualities of four cultivars were good.The small foliage type had the highest contents of effective components and biomasses which was the best material.
