摘    要:[目的]探讨用优质牧草饲养鹅的可行性。[方法]以清远乌鬃鹅为试验材料,研究不同草料配比日粮对其生长发育及血清生化指标的影响。[结果]鹅日增重依次为:臂型草杂种Ⅰ组(47.10 g),精料组(44.97 g),臂型草杂种Ⅱ组(43.87 g),矮象草组(39.48 g)。臂型草杂种Ⅰ干物质营养含量高且粗纤维含量适中,用其混合精料作日粮对乌鬃鹅的促生长和增重效果最佳。用矮象草、臂型草杂种Ⅰ、臂型草杂种Ⅱ混合精料代替全精料养鹅并不会显著影响仔鹅的发育和酮体品质。80日龄鹅的血清TG和HDL差异不显著,但矮象草、臂型草杂种Ⅱ和臂型草杂种Ⅰ饲养的鹅,TC和LDL都一定程度上低于精料组的鹅。[结论]该研究为发展种草养鹅技术提供了科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to discuss the feasibility of feeding geese by using high quality grazing.[Method] With Qingyuan Wuzong goose as tested material,the effects of diet with different forage proportions on its growth and biochemical indexes of its serum were studied.[Result] The daily weight gains of geese were brachiaria hybrid group Ⅰ(47.10 g),concentrated feed group(44.97 g),brachiaria hybri group Ⅱ(43.87 g) and dwarf elephant grass group(39.48 g).The nutrient content of dry matter from brachiaria hybrid Ⅰ was high and its crude fibre content was moderate.The effect of using its mixed concentrated feed as diet on promoting the growth and weight gain of Wuzong goose was best.Replacing complete concentrated feed with mixed concentrated feeds of dwarf elephant grass,brachiaria hybrid Ⅰ and brachiaria hybri Ⅱ,there was no significant effect on the growth and acetone body quality of young goose.The three acids glyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein(HDL) of serum from 80 day-old geese had no significant difference,but the total cholesterin(TC) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) of geese fed with dwarf elephant grass,brachiaria hybrid Ⅰ and brachiaria hybri Ⅱ were all lower than that fed with concentrated feed to some extent.[Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for developing the technology of feeding goose with planted grass.
