| 摘 要： | 以籽蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch)种子为试验材料,采用SDS法、CTAB法及SDS-CTAB法进行基因组DNA提取.结果表明:SDS-CTAB法适于籽蒿(A sphaerocephala)种子基因组DNA提取,SDS法次之,CTAB法不适合.
